Characteristic of pain/discomfort (SOCRATES)
Site: Somewhere deep around chest area.
Onset: today precisely this afternoon. might have some prodromal symptom last nite but was able to ignore tht.
Characteristic: tercucuk (being poked at). not stabbing pain, more like ngilu.
Radiation: nil.
Associated symptoms: Palpitation. And emo. And loneliness. And heaviness on my chest.
Timing: Cyclic waves with background discomfort.
Exacerbating/Relieving factor: Thoughts; that i cant get rid of./ nothing really relieves it. Oh, distraction maybe.
Scale/Severity: moderately severe.

I want to let go. stat.
