Ehem ehem. this entry is triggered by my Akak's new resolution to get fit. Right akak? to stay fit, rather than to lose weight?? coz u're sooOooo not fat. oh puhleezz la if someone says that u're fat. i suggest u order that person a new pair of glasses that corrected for crossed-eye aka 'juling'.
Believe it or not, my flatties managed to convince me to go swimming last Sunday. as i obviously just finished my viva, wanted to stay home to study was not a valid excuse, lol~

Oh, dont think that i'd mentioned before regarding to my GOld Coast trip last November; I wore a jogging pants, a long sleeve Tshirt and a matching scarf(tudung) at the water theme park.Everyone else were wearing the usual 2 pieces swimwear (the lesser the better!) One of the lifeguard gave me a thumb up and says 'u look good!'
********
So again.. since i dont have a swimwear of my own, i wore the exact same outfit to this pool.. hahahampeh.. i 1st asked permission from one of the lifeguard whether or not i could swim in that attire
really?? 'as i like'?okie!!
nah.. the rainbow & butterfly didnt last long. they just cant leave me alone! *rolling eyes*. later, THE SAME instructor came back and told me to wear the 'proper' swimwear next time. cheh! FINE. now i hav to shop for the real suit. hope to get one with a wee skirt attached to it? or.. burkhini? -_-" errrrr.. not my taste lahh..
ok, so the morning was filled with swimming (which is more like...ehem ehem, floating??) lesson by Anzac and Hush.
Lesson number one: float!
Hold ur breath and try to relax...
my bum keeps sinking!!!*cough2* -> chlorine ingestion. Oh, shuld we also mention that the water depth was 1.2 - 1.4 metres? lol~
Use ur limbs to paddle.
*paddle paddle* adehhh..letih..tp apsal gerak 2 inci je ni??
Then i need a commercial break where i need to pee. Anzac claimed (with a ?sarcastic tone) that reflected how much water i had ingested. haha cissss
Also
The best part that we saved for last: aqua jog!
Water depth was 2 metres! but joggers were equipped with this floatable belt, and all of us took two each to ensure we wont sink. haha melampau betol..tak malu~ looked rather ridiculous but worked well with us =p. and Flatty was the highlight of the session
Im sinkiiiiiinngggggg
No ure not.. the 2 belts are holding & floating u well
Dont let go of meeeee
No we wont hunn! (Hush was actually hold Flatty with her own body!)
keep going, paddle ur legs like vigorous cycling motion.
Let GO of the wall. Let GO. LET GO! (Hush in an attempt to let Flatty float rather than clinging to the wall of the pool. owh, i forgot to mention she is a Physiotherapist thus the stern-ness).
LOL~ it was hilarious.. not forget to mentioned we hold a large traffic behind us (traffic jam in a swimming pool~)
hehehe.. never knew tht swimming could be soo fun~ learn to swim is also a sunnah of Prophet Muhammad, something that i had longed wanted to try but never had the oppurtunity and gut to do so. now my next agenda is to get a pair of suits and head cover! and make it our weekly activity~ ohh yeahh~~
ciao!
