only one week to go.. tahan ye tahan!!

the 5th years are looking green at the moment. their final big exam will start tomorrow. gudluck anuh and the rest!!

thats how i felt last year too. like my former house surgeon said "you wont be seeing the sunshine for the next three months (before the exam)" lol~ mmg betul.. n then off to gold coast after the exam, hella good fun!!
results came back on the day of departure back to chch, err that was gloomy. we decided not to check our results until we get back home, but obviously some were more kiasu than others, did checked it thru their friends and sister. not for me.. i cant leave gold coast with a feeling of doom if my result was bad.. so i waited and grew some wrinkles on the airport (damn the flight was delayed pulakk) and on the plane. get back home and Alhamdulillah.. that was the best feeling ever after being green nearly the whole year. hehe~
oh, a note to anuh. u shuld enjoy the feeling of passing the exam and 1st day of being a trainee intern. coz the feeling wont last long. sigh~ at least for us in chch (and agreed by a fren in dunny). coz after that, ur world revolved around discharge notes, oncalls, admissions, clinics (dont even get to go to much surgeries coz caught up with 'secretarial' ward work) PLUS the usual med school stuff: presentations, bloody essays and viva. that is soo not cool. huhu~

i write when i got emo remember? that leads to this entry. im doing surgical run at the mo. was doing paeds before. OMG this quarter is soo draining my mood and energy. sigh sigh.. since grad is around the corner, the assesments are brought forward. will hav the oral exam and essay submission next week. oncall friday, saturday and sunday, and again wednesday and thursday. viva on friday.

p/s here in nz, we survived (weekly) earthquake, passed the tsunami warning. today, weather is cold and wet, alternating with bright sunshines last week. ppl here always started the conversation around the weather & its forecast, eventhough the weather forecast service is crap and almost always incorrect. lol~ it was 'snowing for 10seconds' this morning according to my senior, and 'hailing' according to my classmate and my ear. according to my body thermostat, it is coooolddd.
